How and why it is used
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introductory call, assess whether our services may be appropriate and keep necessary business records. We rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations as applicable.
Service providers
Enquiry forms are delivered using FormSubmit. Email and calendar services may be provided through Google Workspace. These providers process information on our behalf subject to their respective terms and safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including legitimate later contact and applicable legal, accounting or record keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, object to processing and complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority.
